This article discusses the relationship between retailers and consumers. The consumers are gaining more pull in the pricing of products with the invention of price-comparing apps and internet shopping. Some customers are becoming able to haggle with high end stores. Stores are also lowering their mark-up prices and having to come up with new ways to get the customer in to the store and purchase something.
