The secrets to being a genius are out - at least when it comes to working for Apple. An employee manual detailing the do's and don'ts of how to be an Apple "genius" was leaked online Tuesday, revealing just how tightly the company controls its staffers' interactions with customers. While several Apple employees declined to talk to the News about the manual, Gizmodo spoke with staffers who say this kind of “robot-speak” doesn’t make it past the page.
