This article is about the US Small Businesses Administration is requiring that advertiser's ad's have to be truthful about what they put on ads. They are doing this to protect the customer. The advertisers have to comply with the laws if they don't then they will be sued and flagged with penatlies. The Federal Trade Commission is making sure that they laws are being met and enforced. An advertiser must have an outline of where they are starting with the facts against the other canidates. They do this to make sure that the ad is guarenteed to be accurate.
