Obviously, it’s the new economics of the newspaper business that is going to mean the New York Times will fall over soon enough. But I have a feeling that as, if and when it happens it will be at least partly because they’ve not woken up to the dangers quite fast enough. That feeling of mine prompted by a line in this piece of theirs.
